CHARLES CLAY PRICE, CPA, CFF
Founder & President
Clay received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University. Clay founded his own firm shortly after entering public accounting. In August of 2014 he re-established his private practice. The new firm was created on the foundation of assisting his friends and clients achieve their financial goals while focusing on proactive tax planning and attention to personal service.

Clay has significant expertise in tax consulting in a wide variety of areas, including business, individual and trust taxation, estate and gift taxes, not-for-profit taxation and small business concerns.

Clay began his focus in forensics matters in 1993. He was a Director, in charge of litigation services, with Harris, Cotherman, Jones, Price & Associates when the firm joined Rehmann in 2012. In 2014 Clay founded Clay Price & Associate which has extensive involvement in providing professional services to numerous clients for forensic investigations, for commercial and domestic actions.
Kyle J. Castle, CPA
Senior Staff Accountant
Kyle is originally from Fort Pierce, FL. He graduated from Indian River State College in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He attended Stetson University where he graduated with a Master’s Degree in Accounting in 2019 and received his CPA license in December of 2020.
Kyle has worked for various public accounting firms, specializing in small business and personal taxation. Kyle joined Clay Price & Associates in 2023 to assist the accounting practice.
Kevin Reid, CPA
Forensic Accountant
Kevin is originally from Fall River, Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. Kevin worked for several local CPA firms that provided traditional accounting and tax services for individuals and small businesses in the southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island area.
In 1987, Kevin joined a subsidiary of the TJX Companies as Internal Audit Manager and was promoted to Manager of Real Estate in 1992, where he supervised the lease administration and negotiated lease agreements for approximately 350 company operated retail stores. In 1995, Kevin relocated to the Philadelphia area and joined a large men’s apparel chain as Director of Real Estate.
Kevin moved to Florida in 2001 and joined a large CPA firm in the Orlando area that specialized in providing forensic accounting, litigation support, and expert witness services, with an emphasis on large civil construction clients. In 2013, Kevin joined Dunkin’ Donuts as a Corporate Real Estate Manager and was responsible for negotiating lease agreements for a portfolio of approximately 500 corporate store locations until his retirement in 2022.
Josh Lau
Forensic Analyst
Josh was born and raised in Vero Beach. He attended Florida State University and graduated from Indian River State College in 2007 with an Associate of Science Degree in Business Management. Josh served in the banking industry and then a local law firm before coming to Clay Price & Associates, in November 2023. He provides asset valuations, forensic analysis, and litigation support to our clients.
Robyn Hatfield
Office Manager
Robyn has been employed at Clay Price & Associates since January 2023. She serves as the office manager and administrative support for the firm. Prior to her employment here, she worked at a local law firm, for 13 years, providing litigation support and case management to the attorneys.

Robyn has been a local resident of Indian River County since 1986 coming from West Virginia. Robyn graduated from Vero Beach Senior High School and focused her education in the field of Office/Business Management.
Jill Pitts
Paralegal
Jill has over thirty-five years of experience in the legal field with exceptional organization skills, typing skills, and communication skills. She works well under pressure and understands the importance of meeting deadlines while exhibiting professionalism in the office.
Michelle Wells
Receptionist
Michelle has worked primarily in the medical field and joined Clay Price & Associates in March of 2022. Michelle serves as the front desk receptionist and administrative support for the firm.
Connie Kelly
Bookkeeper
Connie has lived in Florida since 1982, coming from New York. She graduated with a 3.8 gpa, from Saint Leo University, Saint Leo, FL in 1984, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, with a major in Business Administration/Accounting. Connie also obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting while in New York. Connie moved to Vero Beach in 2015 working as an accounting manager in the aviation field. She joined Clay Price & Associates in December 2023.
