CHARLES CLAY PRICE, CPA, CFF
Founder & President
Clay received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Western Michigan University. Clay founded his own firm shortly after entering public accounting, In until August of 2014 when he re-established his private practice. The new firm was created on the foundation of assisting his friends and clients achieve their financial goals while focusing on proactive tax planning and attention to personal service.
Clay has significant expertise in tax consulting in a wide variety of areas, including business, individual and trust taxation, estate and gift taxes, not-for-profit taxation and small business concerns.
Clay began his focus in forensics matters in 1993. He was a Director, in charge of litigation services, with Harris, Cotherman, Jones, Price & Associates when the firm joined Rehmann in 2012. In 2014 Clay founded Clay Price & Associate which has extensive involvement in providing professional services to numerous clients for forensic investigations, for commercial and domestic actions.
Michael D. Ziemba
Accounting and tax professional
Mike is originally from Severna Park, Maryland. He graduated from University of Baltimore in 1980 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
In 1985, Mike joined a large local accounting firm, Stegman & Company, and became an audit partner until his retirement in 2010. While at Stegman, Mike served a diverse base of public and non-public entities. Mike worked extensively with clients from the manufacturing, biotech, gaming, not-for-profit, and professional services industries.
In addition, Mike was the designated firm specialist for ERISA (retirement plan) audit engagements.
After leaving public accounting in 2010, Mike worked as a controller for a publicly traded entity.
Kristin is originally from Tampa Florida. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Masters of Taxation from Florida Atlantic University. Kristin joined Clay Price & Associates in 2018.
Jan-Michael is originally from Montana where he studied mechanical engineering at Montana State University. After moving to Florida, he received his AA in Business Administration from Indian River State College, where he is currently enrolled in the Bachelor’s in Accounting program. Jan-Michael has work exclusively in the litigation support department since joining Clay Price & Associates in 2014. Prior to joining our office, Jan spent 8 years as the lead forensic analyst of an insurance appraisal company charged with settling commercial property claims ranging from $100,000 to over $50 million.
Nancy is originally from upstate New York. She has worked in the legal field in several capacities for over 20 years. Nancy joined Clay Price & Associates in 2017 as a paralegal to assist in the litigation practice.
Dave received and Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Indian River State College. He original joined Clay to assist in the litigation practice. Dave now serves as the office manager and administrative support for the firm.
